GOOPGLOW is conveniently packaged in single-dose stick packs, designed to be mixed with eight ounces of water and taken daily. Drink as part of a morning-skin ritual. 

Directions: Mix one packet daily in 8 fl. oz. of water (room temperature is optimal) or as directed by your healthcare provider. Stir well or shake. Add ice if desired. Drinking with a meal or snack.
