Therese Huston, MS, PhD, is a cognitive scientist, the founding director of the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning at Seattle University, and the author of several books, including Let’s Talk: Make Effective Feedback Your Superpower. She received her master’s and PhD in cognitive psychology from Carnegie Mellon University.
