    Mary Nan Huffman graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law and became licensed to practice law in 2008. In February of 2009, she accepted a position at the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office and has been there ever since. Currently, she is the chief prosecutor over the Internet Crimes Against Children division where she has gained immense knowledge in the area of computer forensics and mobile devices. Mrs. Huffman has a passion for prosecuting child abuse cases, and this year she was the recipient of Child Abuse Prosecutor of the Year from Children’s Safe Harbor, Montgomery County’s Children Assessment Center. Mrs. Huffman has also been a featured speaker at various events including the Montgomery County Coalition Against Human Trafficking about how the Internet plays a vital role in the online child sex trafficking crimes, and trainings where she helps educate officers on how to better investigate child sexual abuse crimes.
