Jeffrey Larsen is a food stylist, recipe developer, pastry chef and cooking instructor, specializing in allergen free cooking and baking. Larsen has worked on a number of cookbooks and cooking magazines. His most recent projects include food styling for Nicole Spiridakis’ Flourless and Williams Sonoma’s Gluten Free Baking. Larsen is also a contributing recipe writer and food stylist for G.F.F., Gluten Free Forever magazine.
In addition to teaching and styling, Larsen consults with individuals and businesses on developing menus, creating gluten free products, and designing allergen free kitchens.
