Gabrielle Union is an actress, an executive producer, an activist, a bestselling author, and a Time 100 cover honoree. Most recently, Union was seen starring opposite Jessica Alba on LA’s Finest, a Charter Spectrum original on which she also served as an executive producer through her production shingle, I’ll Have Another Productions. Her New York Times–bestselling book, We’re Going to Need More Wine: Stories That Are Funny, Complicated, and True, was released in 2017. In 2020, Union released her first children’s book, Welcome to the Party. Her second children’s book, Shady Baby, coauthored by Dwyane Wade, will be published in May 2021. Union is also a cofounder of Bitsy’s, an organic snack foods company, and she recently relaunched her hair-care brand Flawless by Gabrielle Union. Union serves as a leader and advocate for inclusion in the entertainment industry.
