There’s no arguing with good tailoring. Case in point: this strong-shouldered coat. A sharp riff on a traditional menswear peacoat, it’s modern and significantly more flattering. This is a transitional layer that’s roomy enough to shrug on over a bulky sweater in the winter and fitted where it matters most (i.e., up top, in the shoulders). Now here’s where we didn’t break with tradition: the classic wide-notch lapels, that soft Italian wool blend, and the rows of faux-horn buttons that add a final flourish of practicality.
