The Italian cotton poplin is crisp, sure. And the button cuffs? Classic. But the front zip, angled chest welt pockets, and elastic toggles are functional callbacks to our inspiration: the flight suit. To modernize it, we opted for a streamlined standing collar and cut that thigh-grazing hem straight across. tZip it up, cinch the waist, then add something chunky on the feet—like big-buckle Birkenstocks or thick-soled boots.
