We’ve yet to meet an elaborate sleeve we didn’t like. But the one on this sculptural top—which is formed by pleats at the neckline and balloons dramatically over a gathered cuff—might be our new favorite. The invisible zipper in the back makes it a cinch to slip in and out of. As for the fabric: It’s a structured twill with a smooth, almost silky handfeel.
