Gwyneth and Chef Josh Emett Make the Perfect Dinner

Gwyneth first became a fan of New Zealand chef Josh Emett’s after trying his recipe for Hasselback potatoes. Since then, he’s shown us how to make an aromatic Persian-style saffron chicken, a weeknight-friendly cauliflower-and-mushroom pilaf, and the mac ’n’ cheese that he serves at his beachside bistro.

Emett recently visited GP’s home in Los Angeles, and together they cooked a hearty, flavor-packed dinner that included prime rib (with an umami-rich mushroom sauce), a butternut squash from GP’s garden, and, of course, the famous potatoes that started it all.
