The Annual New Year Detox: 2025 Edition
A new year at goop means a fresh goop detox. And if you’re new here, that means five days of eating well—and trying new recipes that have the power to revitalize our relationship to the kitchen, to our bodies, and to (of course) vegetables.
Chefs Kim Floresca and Brent Parrino, who are the masterminds behind our goop Kitchen menu, dreamed up the ten new recipes you’ll find below. (As always, we followed Dr. Alejandro Junger’s elimination diet guidelines from the Clean Program—no coffee, alcohol, dairy, gluten, corn, nightshades, soy, refined sugar, shellfish, white rice, or eggs.) Beyond creating a nourishing five-day plan, these recipes are meant to inspire the routines that become the foundation of whole-food cooking throughout the year.
