As a mom of three, self-taught cook Danielle Walker is an expert at optimizing the time she spends in the kitchen. One of her mealtime heroes is also a goop favorite: the sheet-pan dinner. “It’s not babysitting something on the stove,” she says, which can help curb potential culinary disasters. “You can pop it into the oven, and if you do have kids like I do and you’re sitting down helping them with homework, you’re not like, Oh shoot, I forgot that was simmering. Now it’s burned.”
Here, in honor of the release of her new meal-prep cookbook, Make It Easy, she shares a sheet-pan recipe for a grain-free breaded salmon, served with broccolini, potatoes, and herby green goddess dressing. Make extra dressing to use later in the week and you’ve got the start of another great meal.
