When we first heard Cameron Diaz was partnering with goop Kitchen to develop a salad, we knew a few things to be true. We knew that it was going to be full of colorful vegetables, that it would be at least a little spicy, and that it would probably pair beautifully with a glass of Avaline’s crisp sauvignon blanc.
