
A Miso Sweet Potato Salad, Blush Cookware, and Other Obsessions from Our New Test Kitchen

Last month our food editors hosted the first event in our new test kitchen, which is outfitted with cookware from the goop x GreenPan blush collaboration.
And we did something obvious: We used some of our favorite clean, nontoxic nonstick cookware to make some of our favorite clean dishes from GP’s latest book, The Clean Plate.
We started off with wine and a cooking demo (zucchini and lemon soccatas) in the test kitchen before moving on to a tasting menu: tacos made with butternut squash tortillas, nightshade-free “nomato” meatballs, coconut-braised chicken thighs with forbidden rice, and kale and sweet potato salad with miso. It didn’t feel like detoxing.
