The Classic:
The Red Snapper
The original Bloody Mary, or Red Snapper, as it’s called at the St. Regis in New York, was originally concocted at the King Cole Bar in 1934 by bartender Fernand Petiot.
The Mexican Version:
Modified “Sangrita”
This is the perfect hangover drink for the beach. It’s a Mexican classic that can easily be re-created all over the world. Don’t forget to salt the rim (hey, it’s extra electrolytes).
