Hot spices, chewy noodles, and the occasional ice cream sandwich are just a few of the reasons practically the entire goop staff flocks to LA’s Thai-street-food-inspired Night + Market and Night + Market Song. So we were understandably stoked when the chef, Kris Yenbamroong, agreed to come mess around in our test kitchen with GP. The two talked film school, fried chicken, and takeout pad thai, and then busted out the wok to cook up their own signature noodle dishes.
