GP Took goop’s New Test Kitchen for a Test Drive—Here’s What She Made

“I feel like I’m gaming the system—that was so easy,” said GP when she whipped up three holiday appetizers in goop’s brand-new test kitchen. With just a handful of high-quality ingredients and a few moments to chop and prep, she made a mix of “garlicky,” “impressive,” and “crispy and sweet” hors d’oeuvres that, she said, will make people “think you’re so fancy.”

Of course, we need to give props to the powers at play: our airy, warm test kitchen that’s decked out with the best of Signature Kitchen Suite, including a pro range with sous vide (the first of its kind), induction, and gas.
