“It’s easy to get stuck in a rut with packable lunches: same old, same old salad and uninspired sandwich. To get out of it, I came up with three simple-to-make, versatile, packable lunch bowls,” writes chef Seamus Mullen. “I’m a huge advocate of making healthy food accessible and delicious, and these three lunches check all the boxes. They might require a few new pantry items, but you’ll be stoked to have things like furikake on hand at all times. And remember, fresh herbs make everything better!”
