What’s the getaway plan?

There’s no better way to celebrate the end of the cooler winter months than with a spring road trip—and this year our getaway plan kicks off with a drive to Napa in a Cadillac for a one-of-a-kind blending experience led by top winemaker. The evening will continue with an intimate dinner party hosted by Gwyneth Paltrow and prepared by 3-Michelin starred Chef Christopher Kostow. The best part: A portion of the proceeds will benefit the non-profit Napa Valley Community Foundation, which mobilizes resources and impacts local organizations year-round for those in need.

When and where is the event?

Saturday, March 3, 2018 OR Sunday, March 4, 2018 in Napa (Day-long trip beginning with vehicle delivery between 8am-noon. We’ll meet at 3pm at a surprise location; we’ll send you complete location and timing details closer to the date).

What do I need to bring with me?

Just yourself and your ID. We’ve got you covered with everything else, including food, drink, a goop-approved itinerary, and essentials for the day.

How do I get there?

Our concierge will deliver a 2018 XT5 Crossover or 2018 Cadillac CT6 Sedan with Super Cruise™ to your doorstep (in Napa or surrounding areas), so you can drive it to the first destination.

What is everyone wearing?

Plan to wear what you’ll be most comfortable in. Some form of casual cocktail attire likely makes the most sense—and don’t forget an extra layer for warmth!

When will I get the final schedule?

The week before Road to Table, we will send through a quick run-down of everything you need to know, and our concierge service will reach out to coordinate the car delivery.

Is the event all ages?

Road to Table is for adults, twenty-one and up. (Photo ID’s will be checked upon arrival.)

What’s included in the ticket price?

Each ticket includes an intimate dinner for two, prepared by 3-Michelin starred Chef Christopher Kostow; an exclusive wine experience led by Gwyneth Paltrow and Chef Christopher Kostow; round-trip transportation from San Francisco; a goop swag bag, filled with the day’s essentials (including snacks for the road), and a few more surprises you won’t want to miss. Plus, a portion of proceeds will benefit The Napa Valley Community Foundation, which pairs local donors with local charities that need it most—and works on impactful projects that will make a difference for years to come.

Will there be food for the drive?

Of course! Each car will include a bag filled with essentials for the trip—including gourmet on-the-go snacks for the ride.

Can you guys accommodate vegetarians, food allergies, etc.?

We will have vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options available. But let us know beforehand—through our concierge ([email protected])—so we can make sure we have just what you need.

What time will my car be delivered?

Our Road to Table concierge will email you personally to confirm your car delivery. Most will happen the morning of the event, between 8am-noon.

Can I sell or transfer my ticket or digital ticket?

You cannot sell your ticket or give your ticket to someone else (system-wise, this would cause your account to be disabled).
