What is CoQ10*?
Coenzyme Q10 is a substance like a vitamin. It is found in every cell of the body. Your body makes CoQ10, and your cells use it to produce energy your body needs for cell growth and maintenance. It also functions as an antioxidant, which protects the body from damage caused by harmful molecules. CoQ10 is a natural constituent of foods and is also believed to reduce the signs of skin ageing.
What is lutein*?
A phytonutrient carotenoid found in yellow and green fruits and vegetables with similar properties to beta-carotene and vitamin A. It can help maintain healthy skin and good vision, help reduce the risk of cataracts or macular degeneration, and act as a potent antioxidant to help protect the skin and eyes from UV solar radiation.
What is zeaxanthin*?
Zeaxanthin is a metabolite of lutein that shares the same properties and affinity for skin and eyes.
Why are lutein and zeaxanthin taken together*?
They both provide multiple benefits to the skin: protection from UV light-inducible damage (increased free radical production) and decreased lipid peroxidation; and help improve surface lipids, skin hydration, skin elasticity, and skin conditions.

Silica is used as a flow agent and keeps the product from clumping.
Is goopglow approved by the Federal Drug Administration (FDA)?
The product is not approved by the FDA as Dietary Supplements (DS) are not required to go through an approval or registration process like prescription drugs.
Does the FDA provide guidance and regulations that are enforced?
Yes. All DS manufacturers MUST follow the FDA Part 111 Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the FDA does perform inspections of the manufacturer’s facility to ensure compliance with the regulations.
Has goopglow been tested for safety?
