At La Llotja, just off the harbor of a small fishing village outside of Tarragona, chef Marc Miró does a tasting menu of sautéed baby squid with candied onions, tuna belly carpaccio with tomato confit, marinated sardines in raspberry vinaigrette, bluefin tuna, clams with cava, and red-shrimp risotto. The wine list focuses on Catalonian viticulture; you’ll spot a lot of Priorat, Montsant, and Terra Alta wines. The terrace is particularly lovely—breezy and relaxed.
