P’s & Q’s in Woodlawn is a gem of a neighborhood market and deli. You can eat in or take a picnic to go—offerings range from smoky tomato soup with saffron and sweet peppers, to a brisket plate, and fried polenta with pickled red onion and roasted chiles on a potato bun.
