Grindstone Coffee & Donuts
7A Main St., Sag Harbor
Grindstone’s makes great single-origin organic coffee and flavored lattes—but everybody’s here on Saturday mornings for the yeasted donuts, which are light, not too sweet, and unfairly good. Their evergreen menu leans toward the classics, like simple sugar, glaze, or strawberry sprinkle, while specials lean creative or grown-up. (Perhaps you’ll find Boston cream, lavender, or lemon poppyseed.) Don’t come too late in the morning; they sell out fast.
Jack’s Stir Brew Coffee
117 Main St., Sag Harbor
Here, you'll find the best coffees in Sag Harbor, along with a pretty excellent breakfast sandwich. Come early before the lines. There’s a Jack’s in Amagansett and several outposts of in the city, too.
Tracy Anderson at The Golden Pear Café
111 Main St., Sag Harbor
Anything Tracy Anderson does, we jump on the bandwagon. Our go-to trainer has drastically improved our lives and our health–so naturally we're excited about her latest collaboration with Golden Pear Cafe. This summer, Tracy has curated a menu of smoothies available at all four cafe locations, including Southampton, East Hampton, Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton. Organic, gluten and fructose-free, each blend is mixed with her patented protein powder, ideal for pre/post workout nutrition and detoxing.
Big Olaf
8 Wharf St., Sag Harbor
Known for their generously sized waffle cones, this old-fashioned ice cream shop is situated right on the water in Sag Harbor. If you're on your way back into the city from the Hamptons, it's likely that your GPS will send you in Big Olaf's direction in an attempt to avoid traffic, which conveniently makes for a happy pit stop. Just note that this is a cash-only joint.
Provisions Natural Foods Market & Organic Cafe
7 Main St., Sag Harbor
Provisions has been in business for more than 30 years, meaning the place definitely has that old-school health store vibe. They've got a great selection of organic and non-GMO snacks and basics, plus a produce section that's exclusively organic (it also sells plenty of local produce, if you're in a pinch and can't make it to the farmer's market). The cute cafe in the front serves veggie-heavy sandwiches and wraps, Buddha bowls, and made-to-order smoothies.
BuddhaBerry Frozen Yogurt
125 Main St., Sag Harbor
Located in a quaint little white house, Buddha Berry offers classic and unique flavors (strawberry, vegan oat vanilla, Valencia orange), with toppings that range from healthy (chia seeds, flax seeds, raw almonds) to less so (Sour Patch Kids and Nerds).

This popular baking company makes delicious galettes, pies, cookies, and more. They also do beautiful custom cakes for every occasion.

Cavaniola’s
89 Division St., Sag Harbor
A cheese shop as masterful as any in the center of a big city, tucked away in Sag Harbor, Cavaniola’s is a must. Their staff is knowledgeable, and their wine cellar is pretty adorable (and delivers).
