Seawater Spa at Gurney’s
290 Old Montauk Hwy, Montauk
This classic resort right on the beach in Montauk recently redid their entire spa (along with the rest of the hotel and the Olympic-sized saltwater swimming pool, which uses sand-filtered water drawn from the sea). It’s gorgeous and spacious, and the oceanfront location makes the whole experience that much more relaxing. The facials (we especially love the Deep Sea Firming Gua Sha Facial) are incredible and combine potent skin care products, holistic methods, light therapy, lymphatic massage, and more to leave you contoured, smooth, and completely rejuvenated.

Bari Studio (Closed)
183 Edgemere St., Montauk
Based in Tribeca, the Bari Studio is known for workouts that people actually want to go to (thanks to sessions that incorporate everything from dance moves to trampolines). And this summer, the postcard-perfect outdoor deck of Montauk’s Surf Lodge is hosting Bari’s popular sculpt class, a low-impact workout using hanging resistance bands and “Bari balls” (inflatable rubber spheres) that together target all the major muscle groups. Afterward, grab a lobster roll (you’ve earned it) at the Surf Lodge’s restaurant, which overlooks Fort Pond and, in the distance, the Atlantic.
Tracy Anderson (Closed)
32 Star Island Rd., Montauk
TA has year-round studios in East Hampton and Water Mill, but for the first time, Tracy Anderson Method classes will be offered on the far end of the island, too, with a pop-up studio at the Montauk Yacht Club Resort & Marina that’s open eight weeks this summer, beginning July 1st. You don’t need a membership for group classes here (they're $45 each), and you can also can sign up for private training sessions. P.S. For the ultimate TA experience, check out the two viTAlity weeks she's doing in the Hamptons this summer.
