Rejuvenation Health
56 The Circle, East Hampton
Founded by biologic dentist Gerry Curatola, Rejuvenation Health focuses on total-body wellness and biological dentistry. Book an appointment for allergy testing, craniosacral therapy, nutritional counseling, detox programs, and the full spectrum of dental treatments, including heavy-metal removal, BPA-free fillings, and TMJ therapy.
BlueMercury
67 Main St., East Hampton
While there are outposts around the country, BlueMercury's new shop in East Hampton also offers Chantecaille and La Mer facials. You can also find some of our favorite clean brands here like Tata Harper and RMS Beauty.
Blow
59 The Circle, East Hampton
This pretty, sleek blow-dry bar offers the requisite range of affordable quick hits and long-lasting blow-outs. They're open Monday through Saturday at the East Hampton outpost and seven days a week at the Bridgehampton location, but they also do house calls.
Warren Tricomi Salon
64 Park Pl., East Hampton
The Warren Tricomi family of salons are kind of the OGs of fancy hair care (the first one opened in the 90's). While everything in East Hampton is relatively laid-back, this pretty, whitewashed space doesn't really mess around when it comes to cut-and-colors.
Naturopathica
74 Montauk Hwy., East Hampton
Barbara Close studied therapeutic herbal therapies and integrative medicine before opening Naturopathica, so it feels in a lot of ways more like a healing center than a spa. The massages and facials, which are all performed using products from their line, will calm you down no matter how many of your houseguests have overstayed their welcome.
East End Acupuncture
43 A Pantigo Rd., Suite 2, East Hampton
Co-proprietor Julie Sigler-Baum is an excellent acupuncturist, though if she’s not available the other practitioners (including her mother, Carol) are great, too. All in all, this airy little spot is the real deal.
Dr. Emmanuel Faccio
16 Pantigo Rd., East Hampton
Although Dr. Faccio trained as a traditional M.D., during the past decade he’s become a full-blown healer, focusing specifically on the issues that revolve around traumas, anxiety, phobias, and grief. He also sees patients in NYC.
Tracy Anderson Method (Closed)
30 Park Pl., East Hampton
Tracy Anderson is a Hamptons local, and her coveted East Hampton studio is home to the fitness maverick’s latest innovation—the Anderson Moto Air Pro Reformer. (You need to see this swish full-body workout contraption to believe it.) Available exclusively to clients of the studio, one trainer will lead a class where every participant exercises on individual reformers. Dance cardio sessions and private training are still available at this studio and the Water Mill location. Plus, non-members can book off-site private sessions with Anderson’s trainers throughout the summer season.
SUP Yoga at JBYoga (Closed)
15 Lumber Ln., East Hampton
Other than the obvious novelty factor, the beauty of standup paddle board yoga (all the usual sun salutations and poses, but on water) is that it forces you to really engage your core. At JBYoga's "floating studios" in Sag Harbor and East Hampton, each class begins with a crash course in paddling before launching into the practice, so SUP virgins need not be intimidated. Each $75 class includes a board and paddle. Solid-ground classes are also available.
Dr. Gail Schonfeld
200 Pantigo Pl. Suite E, East Hampton
Little ones running around the Hamptons can definitely be injury-prone, so it's reassuring to have a reliable pediatrician in your back pocket. Dr. Gail Schonfeld is great at calming nervous kids, and her office has a pediatrician or nurse practitioner on call at all times for emergencies.
