The guys behind Fish & Game have set up an open-air cocktail spot complete with picnic tables right on Hudson's main drag. This Tiki-ish bar in a former auto body shop bets big on Southeast Asian street food. (The name is a play on “ikan bakar,” which are basically roadside stops throughout Malaysia.)
