One of Gwyneth’s favorites at this month’s fitting, Valdez is a little classic (hello, tea-length hem) and a little cheeky (peep that unlined eyelet). The soft, swishy fullness of the skirt is balanced by a nipped-in paper-bag waist up top and a contrasting cotton-twill belt that can be cinched, knotted, or looped in a bow. While it’s intended to be worn over a swimsuit, you can easily add a slip and wear it out and about.
