What are Bath Salts?
Luxury bath salts are a key component of a bath-based detox, as they were traditionally n used to treat mental and physical issues in a simple and cost-effective manner. Usually made of magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) or sea salt, bath salts dissolve easily in warm bath water and are used for everything from stress reduction to muscle recovery.

What are Bath Soaks Used For?
After a long day at work, or after a particularly hard workout, a bath can be the best reprieve—and based on what you faced during the day and how you’re feeling, what to put in the bath is the question of the day. For a malady like sore muscles, epsom salts can do the trick; if you’re feeling under-the-weather, you’ll likely want something like a mustard bath; and if you’re winding down before bed, we recommend adding essential oils like valerian.
