Caviar Chips and Dip

Serves 6 to 10

8 ounces crème fraîche

1 tablespoon minced dill

1 tablespoon minced chives

1 tablespoon minced shallots

1 pinch flaky sea salt

1 bag sea salt potato chips (like Cape Cod)

1 (125-gram) tin ROE Caviar (keep chilled until serving)

1. In a small mixing bowl, add the crème fraîche, whisk in the herbs and shallots, and add a pinch of flaky sea salt. Transfer to a serving bowl and set out with a bowl of potato chips and the tin of caviar.
