Studio Med

Studio Med’s concierge health services are super efficient if you need an IV drip, a house call, or same-day bloodwork results. It serves all five boroughs, so store the number in your phone for access to specialists, last-minute care, and peace of mind.
Zeel
The lack of spas in the area makes Zeel an especially welcome service on the East End. The company’s on-demand massage services (booked through their app or website) are performed by fully vetted, licensed therapists who bring everything they need with them to your home or hotel, including massage tables and essential oils. Swedish and deep tissue treatments are the most popular, but specialty massages (prenatal, sports, and couples) are available, too.
Glamsquad
Hamptons-Wide
It's a real comfort knowing that all you need to book the perfect blowout (or updo, makeup, lashes, braid...) in the Hamptons is a decent internet connection. The brilliance of this supremely user-friendly app is that it allows you to book multiple at-home services, for multiple people, in just a few swipes.
Namaste
We're pretty sold on this concept: Namaste, a self-titled "wellness concierge," will send massage therapists, personal trainers, yoga teachers, and the like to your home or hotel room through one quick email or text—even for same day, last-minute appointments or corporate retreats. They’ve spent more than a decade looking for the best practitioners around, a rolodex rigor that means you won’t be disappointed. Prices are commensurate with what you’d pay in a nice spa ($150-$250/hr), but with the convenience of an at-home treatment. They currently serve New York, The Hamptons, Palm Beach, Aspen, Connecticut, Los Angeles, and San Francisco—plus all the corresponding ‘burbs. If this is the wellness model of the future, we couldn’t be bigger fans.
