For the ultimate “sexy mature” (her term) glow, podcast and TV host and media company founder Keltie Knight recommends both face scrubs and orgasms. “Everything helps,” she laughs. She coined “sexy mature” when she turned 40 as a way to celebrate aging instead of fearing it. “Even though getting older means grey hair, gravitationally challenged body parts, and wrinkles, it also means a point in my life where I have a 401(k), a mortgage, a bunch of handbags that cost way too much, and the knowledge and confidence of a woman who has been through it,” she says. “I’m kinda old, but I’m also super sexy—sexy mature.”
Between running two different media companies—LadyGang, which handles her hit podcast, e-comm store, books, and tours, and Yacht Money Productions, which produces TV projects, including Knight’s upcoming CBS prime-time music series, Superfan—and being a “wife, dog mom, and person who has been renovating her kitchen for over a year with no end in sight,” Knight has little time for an extensive skin-care routine.
That said, she firmly believes that whenever something in life isn’t going her way, “a bath and an at-home facial treatment can make everything better.”
