You can top a slice of gluten-free bread or toast with any sort of toppings: Our choice? Smoked wild salmon, sardines, or sliced avocado, which is delicious way to start the day, and a great dose of superfoods all in one go.

Gluten-Free Bread (try Paleo Bread)

Smoked Salmon

1/4 Avocado

Sardines

Himalayan Sea Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

Sprinkle with a bit of Himalayan salt, pepper to taste, add a few arugula leaves on the side and voila! Breakfast is served.
