Lime & Cumin Vinaigrette
Originally from our Blackened Mexican Shrimp Salad recipe, this 5-ingredient dressing adds incredible brightness and flavor to taco salads, Mexican chopped salads, or a simple romaine and tomato salad (making for an easy way to incorporate veggies into taco night).
½ cup lime juice
½ teaspoon ground cumin
¾ cup olive oil
2 teaspoons honey or agave nectar
salt to taste
1. Whisk together the lime juice, cumin, olive oil, and honey and season with salt to taste.
