Lemongrass & Lime Peel Tea

Makes 1

1 stalk lemongrass

1 lime

1. Slice top and bottom off lemongrass stalk. Slice in half lengthwise, peel the outer layer off the stalk and discard. Arrange the sliced stalk in a tall teacup or glass.

2. Using a potato peeler, peel the skin off the lime to form 2-3 curls. Add to cup.

3. Pour in hot water and let steep for about 2-3 minutes. Enjoy.
