Take the ribs and seeds out of your jalapeño unless you like it really spicy!
We probably put down about 50 avocados worth of guacamole over the course of two days—the jalapeño gives it the perfect amount of subtle kick.
4 ripe avocados
1 large Roma tomato, diced
1/4 small red onion, diced
1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/4 jalapeño pepper, diced
juice of 2 limes
salt to taste
1. Use a fork to mash avocado until it’s broken down and almost smooth.
2. Fold in tomato, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and lime juice and season with salt to taste.
