4 medjool dates
1 frozen banana
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cardamom
3 ice cubes
3 tablespoons hemp powder
1. Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender.
2. Blend 1 minute, or until smooth and creamy.
