MEEL is a local twist on the classic Blue Apron-style concept—subscribers have ingredients for two meals delivered to their doors weekly, with easy instructions for cooking. And it might be even better, since everything but the seafood (which is sustainably sourced) comes from Tennessee, from the organic vegetables to the locally-grazed meats. Everything also has a healthy bend, with daily-changing menu items that lean heavily on vegetables and lean protein.
