When two of our favorite plant-based, clean-food cooks stopped by goop HQ recently, we were stoked—and we asked them to clean-swap some delicious snacks. Jessica Murnane (her new cookbook is One Part Plant) made a chickpea-free, super creamy and just-the-right-amount-spicy cannellini bean buffalo hummus.
