Four Easy Dinners for Hot Summer Nights

When it’s this hot outside, the last thing we’re doing is turning on the oven. Thankfully, these four super-easy, healthy summer meals require no oven time (throw the buckwheat stuffed peppers on the grill instead of in the oven) and very little stovetop action, either. Light and delicious—they’re exactly what we’re craving right now.
